Dominika Borek, Ph.D.

 

Dr. Dominika Borek is a structural biologist and an Associate Professor at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, with expertise in all aspects of structure determination using cryoEM and X-ray crystallography, from data collection to model building and validation. She specializes in de novo model building in the resolution ranges lower than 3.5 Å and analysis and correction of radiation induced effects. She lectures on various aspects of structural biology internally and on national and international courses and workshops. She is a member of the American Crystallographic Association.
