CryoEMMA® is an integrated software package with four stand-alone modules under development for both single particle reconstruction (SPR) and microcrystal electron diffraction (MicroED).
Data collector: instrument control which allows users to conduct automated data collection from sample grids
Data processor: process collected images to generate a 3D map of the molecule of interest
Model builder: build and validate an atomic model representing the structure of the molecule based on the 3D map
MicroED: collect and process microcrystal electron diffraction data with high speed and achieve high resolution based on novel algorithms and programs.
